How far in advance should I book my bridal gown?
We recommend at least 2–4 months before your big day to lock in your look and allow time for prep.
How long is each bridal appointment?
Each bridal fitting is 1 hour. Enough time to sip, zip, and try on your dream dresses stress-free.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring up to 2 guests. Bring your hype girls (or mum!) — but let’s keep it cozy.
How long can I rent the bridal gown for?
Brides get an extended rental period of 5 days. Need more time for travel or photoshoots? Just let us know.
What if I need to alter the gown?
Our gowns are rented as-is, but we’ll help you choose pieces that fit best. Minor or temporary adjustments may be offered during your session.
What happens if the gown gets stained or damaged?
Accidents happen. We'll assess case by case and deduct any cleaning or repair costs from your deposit if needed.
Can I book a second bridal fitting?
Of course, we'd recommend it! A second appointment is complimentary if you've made a deposit and would like to re-try or bring someone new.
