Fashion Operations Executive

Full-Time Position

You're the heartbeat of Peek's daily operations. From fittings to fashion mishaps, you’ll be the calm in the couture storm.

Think of yourself as the lead problem solver, people person, and planner — all rolled into one.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in fashion and styling
  • Is confident engaging with customers and consigners
  • Has basic computer skills, especially in the Google Suite
  • Is highly organised and thrives on detail and structure
  • Is energetic and a go-getter
  • Is a self-starter and team player
  • Can stay calm under pressure and lead with professionalism
  • Will foster a positive, dynamic, and inclusive environment

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist withday-to-day store operations
  • Oversee booking & scheduling
  • Manage backend inventory processes
  • Track daily sales and prepare daily summaries
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Update management on tasks and needs
  • Drive sales to achieve monthly target
  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency

Experience

  • Prior experience in retail, fashion, or operations preferred
  • Confident handling customer-facing and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Familiar with digital tools (Google Suite, Shopify, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in a fast-paced or startup environment

Requirements:

  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus!)

Fashion Operations Assistant

Part-Time Position

You're the friendly face and steady support of Peek’s daily flow. From prepping fittings to handling day-to-day tasks, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly.

Think of yourself as the right-hand person to the team — reliable, adaptable, and ready to make magic happen.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in fashion and styling
  • Is confident engaging with customers and consigners
  • Has basic computer skills, especially in the Google Suite
  • Is energetic and a go-getter
  • Is a self-starter and team player
  • Is proactive and dependable

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist day-to-day store operations
  • Support booking & scheduling
  • Help manage backend inventory processes
  • Provide helpful, attentive customer service
  • Support marketing efforts
  • Assist with dress prep and showroom upkeep

Experience

  • Prior experience in retail, fashion, or operations is a plus
  • Comfortable with customer-facing roles
  • Familiar with basic digital tools (Google Suite, Shopify, etc.)
  • Can take instructions but also work independently

Requirements:

  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
  • Proficient in English (Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is a plus!)
