What are your opening hours?

We run by appointment only — no walk-ins, please!

It's best to check our booking calendar to secure your ideal time.

Where is Peek located?

We’re based at Arcoris SOHO, Mont Kiara! SOHO stands for "Small Office, Home Office" — so yes, it’s a mixed-use building.

The exact unit number and directions will be shared after you book.

Appointments

How do I book a fitting with Peek?

Easy! Head over to our Appointment page and lock in your slot.

Just pick your preferred time, pay the booking fee, and wait for a confirmation message from us.

Is there a booking fee?

Yup — it’s RM10 to lock in your fitting slot. Think of it as your RSVP to play dress up with us!

This fee helps us keep things smooth and fair (we prep each fitting ahead of time just for you). It’s non-refundable and non-transferable — meaning if you cancel or ghost, it gets forfeited.

Why? Because no-shows leave our dresses (and team) hanging.

But show up, try on, and have fun — it’s worth it.

What if I’m late or can’t make it?

Let us know ASAP! If it’s within 24 hours of your appointment, we may not be able to shift it. But if there’s time, we’ll try to reschedule based on availability

How long is a typical appointment?

Each fitting session is 1 hour.

You're welcome to try on as many dresses as you like within that hour — we’ll be there to help you in and out of each look so you can make the most of your time.

Can I bring someone along?

Of course! Hype girls (or guys) are always welcome.

If your guest isn't trying anything on, there's no need for them to pay the appointment fee. If they have a change of heart and want to join in the fun, they can pay in person — easy!

Just a heads-up: if there are other girlies in the fitting room, any male guests will need to hang out in our waiting area.

Rentals

How long is the rental period?

All rentals are for 4 days — perfect for a weekend event or quick getaway.

Need more time? Just ask! We offer extensions for a small daily fee (subject to dress availability).

Do I need to pay a rental deposit?

Yes — we collect a refundable security deposit to lock in your chosen dress. Without it, the dress won’t be reserved and may be rented out to someone else!

The deposit also covers any minor damages or cleaning, so your rental experience stays smooth and stress-free.

Don’t worry — if the dress is returned in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Our small team personally inspects and preps every return, and we promise to do it as quickly as we can.

Can I reserve a dress in advance?

Yes please! A rental is only confirmed once a deposit and rental payment is made — we don’t do holds or maybes because our dresses are in high demand. So if you love it, lock it in!

Collections

When can I collect my dress?

Your rental period is 4 days, starting from the day you collect your dress — this date would’ve been confirmed when you made payment.

If you need to tweak your collection date or time, just drop us a text — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I use a delivery service to collect for me?

Absolutely — you can totally send a runner, Grab, or Lalamove to collect / return on your behalf!

Just a few things to note:

  • You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of the delivery yourself.
  • Once the dress is collected, you’re fully responsible for it — including if it goes missing or gets damaged in transit.
  • Got any issues with the dress? Be sure to let us know within 6 hours of collection. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume everything’s good to glam.
Can I try my dress on again before collecting?

Yes, you can! But give us a heads up first — we’ll need to check if there are other appointments happening that day. Once we know, we’ll suggest the best time for you to pop by for a quick glam check.

Just DM or text us in advance and we’ll sort you out!

Returns

When do I need to return the dress?

Your rental return is due on the 4th day of your agreed rental period. Just drop it off at Peek — no need to wash it (we got it covered).

If you're late, it's RM40 per day, automatically deducted from your deposit. So set that reminder (don't worry, we also send reminders) — we’d hate for you to lose part of it!

Can I use a delivery service to return for me?

Yes, you can use any delivery service of your choice to return the dress. Just make sure to arrange and cover the cost on your end. If the dress goes missing or gets damaged in transit, you’ll still be responsible for it.

Damages

What happens if I damage the dress?

Don’t worry — we get that glam mishaps happen. But here’s how we handle it:

Our team inspects dresses about three times a week and logs any pre-existing issues. At your fitting, you’ll be asked to check the dress too — and when you collect it, you have 6 hours to let us know if anything’s off.

If the dress comes back with any new damage, we’ll assess it and let you know. Charges may apply depending on the extent — you can find a full breakdown on our T&Cs page.

We’re not out to be mean — just to keep the dresses looking fab for everyone!

Can I fix the dress myself?

We appreciate the thought, but please don’t DIY! Send it back as is, and we’ll take care of repairs with our trusted tailor to make sure it's done right.
